Find out what their experience is with SAP SuccessFactors, do they have knowledge of managing change programs, system upgrades and release cycles and any experience in data visualization and reporting (Power BI) via SAP and SAP BW? They should be able to talk about SAP BODS integration with Non-SAP/SAP, S4HANA systems and understand the BODS landscape and ETL architecture. Look for technical knowledge on All SAP AFC Modules (FI; CO, PS) and HCM Modules (TM, OM, MD, TS) and good technical knowledge on SAP MM Module.
